The National Center on Safe Supportive Learning Environments developed its Building Student Resilience toolkit for middle and junior high school educators to help students build resilience and overcome challenges. 

The fourth and final module of the toolkit is designed for administrators and provides them with available resources to support all school staff in helping students strengthen their resilience. The module includes information about trauma-sensitive practices, resilience development, strategies associated with positive behavioral interventions and supports, positive school climates, and social-emotional learning (SEL). The guide’s first section features resources by topics, and the second section consists of all resources used in the first three modules of the toolkit.
