Self-Care: Coping with Stress during a Crisis provides five strategies to help cope with stress during a crisis. The 5 strategies include:
- Talk to your loved ones.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Don’t use tobacco, drugs or alcohol to cope.
- Get the facts.
- Revisit old hobbies/skills.
