It’s a good idea to know what people, places, or resources are available to you that can give you a sense of community and help you feel less alone. Community support can come in the form of friends, loved ones, physical locations, organizations, teams, clubs, and online spaces. 

This Community Safety plan is a downloadable or printable worksheet that can be used to consolidate a list of your community resources. This plan can be used when you’re feeling isolated, upset, or in need of support.
