The PCSA Toolkit for Identifying and Responding to Human Trafficking was developed by the Task Force and the Ohio Department of Children and Youth to support caseworkers in identifying, investigating, screening, and documenting human trafficking. This toolkit also provides statewide anti-trafficking resources, including guidance on placement considerations for survivors and caseworkers.
