Based on the U.S. Surgeon General’s Protecting Youth Mental Health advisory, this Provide a continuum of support to meet student mental health needs, including evidence-based prevention practices and trauma-informed mental health care (from our What Educators, School Staff, and School Districts Can Doseries) highlights 7 important steps that educators, school staff, and school districts can take to support mental health needs of children and young people.
