Resources for Anxiety, Phobias, & Panic Attacks can identify resources that can help with feelings of worry, nervousness, fears, uneasiness, and apprehension. Anxiety is only an indicator of underlying disease when feelings become excessive, all-consuming, and interfere with daily living.The resources include:
