- How often you practice gratitude
- The amount of effort you put forth
- How many risks you take
- How you spend your money
- How much time you spend worrying
- Whether or not you judge other people
- Whether or not you try again after a setback
- How many times you smile today
- How much you appreciate the things you have in your life
- How often you engage in movement
- Whether or not you ask for help
- The amount of food you eat
- How kind you are to others
- How you interpret situations
