Description
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) created a brochure to share with families about how to talk with children about vaping.
Schools can share this information preventatively at back to school fairs, other events, or when concerns arise. Pediatricians can share this information at well-check visits or include in waiting room materials
Research shows that parents and adults talking with young people about the dangers of something like vaping can have a positive impact and help young people choose not to participate in risky behaviors.
