Ohio Systems of Care Project ECHO has curated a toolkit on youth support that contains resources to help care providers handle complex cases.

Ohio Systems of Care Project ECHO for Youth Involved with Multiple Systems (SoC ECHO), a partnership between the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) has curated several toolkits to help care providers understand and approach complex, multifaceted cases. These toolkits are updated every few months and contain resources related to a specific topic. These resources include relevant background information on a topic/subtopic, databases that may be helpful in further research, screening tools, interventions, and more.
This toolkit on youth support covers having a youth support person or support group, online support, identifying youth goals, exploring motivators, building upon interests, and additional youth support resources.
