Description

SAMHSA’s “Talk. They Hear You.” campaign developed Screen4Success App. This new tool assists parents and caregivers with understanding their children’s health, wellness, and well-being. Screen4Success was created for families looking for more support for their children and providing them with resources to accommodate their needs. The screener takes ten minutes to complete and looks for signs of elevated risk. Following completion, the resources section provides families with support services in their area and at the national level. The screener is easy to use and asks questions about substance use, mental and physical health, general well-being, and family life.

SAMHSA encourages parents to complete the screener with their children to start discussions. However, if this is not possible, they can send the screener to them to fill out alone. Screen4Success is available through the “Talk. They Hear You.” App.

Download for FREE in your phone’s App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store.
